Unable to open document?
We have a new website. For a period of time, only subscribers will be able to open documents in their subscription in our new solutions. For individual customers, you will still have to use the old online shop for functions such as print yourself.
For subscribers
To open and read a document in our html-based reading window, go to My products and click on the Open button to the right of the document in question. This will open the standard reading tool in a new tab.
Based on your subscription and the formats in which we can deliver the document in question, the document will be displayed as a PDF document or rich text format with multiple reading and navigation options.
For single purchases
For single purchase customers, you still need to use the old online shop for functions such as print yourself.
